I hate new year’s resolutions. I’ve never kept to one and usually set completely unrealistic and unattainable but I do however want to make some key lifestyle changes all to positively impact my life in 2018.

This coming year, I’ve set a number of lifestyle changes that I hope will point me in the right direction for a truly successful 2018, let’s get started:

Be Active

2017 has seen my weight fluctuate by around a stone and I am at my heaviest point right now.Ā  The aim is to start running in the new year, slow and steady with achievableĀ goals within this.

Meal Plan

I’ve planned my meals pretty well in the past but a busy end of 2017 saw that go out the window, so I’ll be going back to writing every meal down the week before and bulk buying the ingredients.

Be Strategic

It wasn’t until November/December of 2017 did I truly plan my blog activity. This year I’m going to endeavour to plan my activity and fit in reactive work wherever possible.

On top of this, I’ve been toying with the idea of rebranding the blog but I’ll need to consult some of the people in my network before I move this forward… More to follow!

Go Live

One clear goal I have for 2018 is to at very least, give vlogging a try. Very much linked to the goal above, I need to be strategic and plan my activity advance to ensure I keep to it. Don’t focus on the numbers and be true to myself.

Stack Coins

This coming year should see me in the best position ever to really start saving and investing my own income wisely to help provide myself with opportunities to increase my income.

The ultimate, long-term goal here is a deposit for a house and getting out of the renting market once and for all.

Reading List

Every self-help professional and their dog suggests reading more as a great way to get inspired and kick on with personal development.

Although I find reading tedious in itself, I’ve found ebooks a fantastic workaround so I’ll be investing in a subscription to Audible soon.

Each and every one one of my goals listed above can become completely habitual so the goal is to ensure I keep at them long enough for it to bed in.

Do you have any goals for 2018? Let me know in the comments what they are!
