Aren’t cookies awesome? Don’t they just take biscuits and up them a notch? So, what about three brand new cookies all combined with some of the nation’s’ favourite chocolates? Now you’re talking…

No this is not a joke – this is really happening. Three of the country’s most loved sweets have been smashed together with cookies like a couple of particles in the Large Hadron Collider, just without the mess.

Instead, you’re left with three tasty treats without exception… Introducing, brand new for 2017: M&M’s Double Chocolate, Galaxy Chocolate Chunk and Bounty Soft Baked cookies.

Let’s start from the top here, I absolutely love M&M’s chocolate but Bounty is usually the last thing left in a tin of Celebrations at Christmas but I’m willing, in the interest of science, to taste test these beauties.

M&M’s Double Chocolate Cookies

What we have here is a chocoholics dream, with M&M’s literally wedged into already tasty cookie dough, these hardcore beasts aren’t the softest of cookies and withstand a hearty dunk in my coffee.

Galaxy Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Another dunkable delicacy, the Galaxy Chocolate Chunk cookies are so chunky with huge pieces of Galaxy chocolate which tastes great with the cookie dough.

Bounty Soft Baked Cookies

As I mentioned before, I am not a fan of Bounty…

However, the soft baked cookie version is an absolute delight. The texture and consistency is edging close to macaroon territory and that’s one hell of a coconut inspired compliment.

To top off the coconut, you’ve a wealth of chocolate pieces in there too. Amazing!

So whether you’re a fan of soft baked, chunky or super chocolatey flavours there’s something for dunkers, dippers and crunchers! Hot drinks are optional but recommended, so pop the kettle on and get ready to indulge yourself.

Galaxy Chocolate Chunk Cookies and Bounty Soft Baked Cookies are available now from Tesco and Sainsbury’s. RRP £1.99. M&M’s Chocolate Cookies available now from Tesco. RRP £1.99.
