As the end of 2017 comes into sight, many turn their attention to setting resolutions for 2018.

Year-on-year the most common of all resolutions focus on weight loss and eating well but for many (including me), knowing how to fit lifestyle changes into an existing schedule is a minefield.

At the beginning of 2017 as someone who wasn’t working out, the thought of going to the gym before work filled me with utter dread – totally being a roll out of bed and into the shower kind of guy.

With a renewed vigor and determination I embarked on my own fitness journey to lose weight and feel better about myself but the only way to fit workouts into my schedule was to hit the gym early and before work.

After only one week of going to the gym early I was feeling more alert, focused and determined, but I was learning the hard way and without any real guidance.
